The Early Years
In 1983, Steve Current and Karyn Stillwell-Current started a catering business, called Current Catering. They rented a kitchen in what is now the Village Office Building. In 1989, they were able to purchase the current business and changed the name to Current Cuisine.
Current Cuisine Today
We have grown into a business that provides gourmet deli to go, full service catering, and pastries made from scratch. Our philosophy is to provide the freshest foods available and to provide the highest quality of customer service possible.
Current Cuisine can cook from around the world using authentic ethnic recipes to contemporary California cuisine. We cook from scratch, using local produce and fresh herbs when available. We use premium sauces, spices, oils, vinegars, real butter, imported chocolates, and cheeses of the world.
All of this combined with talented, professional hands, guarantees delicious, memorable food for any occasion.
